Career Exhibition

6th year students attend the Institute of Guidance Counsellor’s Mid-West Career Exhibition, at the University of Limerick.

Students had the opportunity to visit and talk with representatives from a variety of Higher Education Institutions and Further Education/PLC Colleges. They also had an opportunity to talk to people about apprenticeship opportunities, including meeting members of the defence forces and from local industry.

We were delighted to meet past students representing their institutions and industry.

Representing the Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship in Johnson & Johnson, was past student Devlyn Spillane (Class of 2023) who is currently doing her apprenticeship. Pictured with Guidance Counsellor Rochelle Maharaj.

A wonderful opportunity to gain valuable research and insights into future progression routes for all students who attended.
