Transition Year Ceramics

Nenagh College Transition Year students had a fantastic time during a hands-on pottery workshop led by ceramic artist Thomas Wollen!
The students enjoyed learning the art of pottery, from shaping the clay to designing their own unique pieces. Thomas shared his expertise, guiding them through the process, and inspiring everyone to explore their artistic side. It was a memorable experience full of creativity, fun, and teamwork.
Huge thanks to Thomas for bringing his passion and skills to Nenagh College! We can’t wait to see the finished masterpieces!

Munster Quarter Final.

Nenagh College senior girls soccer team played Scariff Community College in the Munster quarter final.After normal time the score was all level at 1-1.
It was still level after extra time.
We then lost out on penalties 4-2. The girls were absolutely brilliant and showed great spirit throughout the game.

Pumpkin Carving

🎃 Our Transition Year and Leaving Cert Applied students have been getting into the Halloween spirit by carving some incredible pumpkins! 🎨✨
The students to show off their creativity and teamwork skills. From spooky faces to intricate designs, the pumpkins are looking fantastic! 🎃🔥

Transition Year Students Teaching French

4th Class students from Nenagh Community National School enjoyed their second French lesson. This week our TY students taught them how to sing Head Shoulders Knees and Toes in French and really enjoyed the experience of being the teacher in the classroom.  Lots of fun was had drawing, colouring, singing, and finishing off with a game. Thank you once again to their teacher Ms. Cronin and SNA Noreen for bringing them to visit us.

TUS Limerick and The University of Limerick.

All 5th years visit TUS Limerick and The University of Limerick. Students were introduced to the the college campuses of TUS & UL. Experiencing the busy open days, talking to staff and students and visiting course information talks! A busy but informative and educational day. We met past students and family and friends along the way!
