55 students gathered at the ungodly hour of 4.30 a.m. on Saturday 19th February for their departure to Manchester. Uncertainty around the weather did not dampen spirits as the group set off in the midst of Storm Eunice. Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur was the highlight of the tour, with a guided tour of Anfield an added bonus for the Liverpool fans in the group, none more than Mr. Quinn!!
A shopping trip and overnight completed the stay before the group set out to face storm Franklin for the journey home. Thanks to Ms. Collins, Ms. Ruiz, Mr. Quinn, Mr Macken and tour organiser, Mr Heffernan for organising the trip. Well done to all the students who were impeccably behaved, as always.
