Indian Cookery Lesson

Ms Carey’s 5th and 6th year Home Economics students had the delightful opportunity to participate in an Indian cookery lesson led by Ms. Maharaj. They prepared a variety of dishes, including Onion Bhajis, Butter Chicken, Indian/Irish Chicken, Bombay Aloo, rice, and poppadoms. It was a fantastic day where everyone enjoyed learning about new flavors and techniques that are not typically found in Irish cuisine.
